    The historical Roman Empire presented in GURPS terms. Covers the history, geography and daily life from the founding of Rome to the end of the western empire. Historically based, a section does present rules for a fantasy-based campaign, detailing the religion of the times and the appropriate magic for such a campaign. A whole chapter is devoted to the games of the Roman arenas – from Gladiators to Chariot Races. Also has a chapter on the Roman Legions, including their history, organization and life within.
